Substitution of raw materials, editing of formulations to optimize cost, improvement of existing formulations for product quality.

2. Creation of formulations according to the customer's technical specifications or according to a control sample.

3. Personnel training (technologists, laboratory assistants, equipment operators, sales representatives). The training is individual and depends on the needs and desires of the customer. It also depends on the types of products. The training plan and the number of hours are agreed with the customer.
